GAS DENIM CLUB

GAS DENIM CLUB is the personalized membership program from Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A., available to our valued customers who prefer a personalized experience when interacting with us online via the “gasjeans.com” website. GAS DENIM CLUB offers a personalized experience to ensure it aligns with what you truly value and allows you to make the most of the services we offer. GAS DENIM CLUB includes personalized invitations, including access to exclusive promotions, special offers, and invitations to participate in events and activities we believe will be of interest to you.

1. GENERAL RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP

1.1 Membership in the GAS DENIM CLUB is reserved for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the participating countries listed in Article 2 (“Countries of Validity”) and in any other countries that may be added from time to time. By registering and participating in the GAS DENIM CLUB, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 Membership in GAS DENIM CLUB is strictly personal and customized for each member; only the individual registered as a member may obtain the benefits associated with the membership account and may not transfer such benefits. A limit of one registration per person applies. You may join the GAS DENIM CLUB only with a single registered email address. It is prohibited to use multiple email addresses to make multiple registrations with the GAS DENIM CLUB. In such a case, Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A. reserves the right to terminate your membership in the GAS DENIM CLUB.

1.3 Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as well as any other rules, policies, and procedures adopted by Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A., provided to you and approved by you at the time of participation in offers, rewards, purchases, and other related services.

1.4 To become a member of GAS DENIM CLUB, you must create an account on the website qhwuegbe.top

1.5 It is your responsibility to keep your email address and any other contact information you provide up to date.

1.6 Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A. reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual who does not meet the criteria outlined in these Terms.

1.7 These Terms are subject to change. For more information about changes to these Terms, please refer to Section 7 below.

2. COUNTRIES OF VALIDITY

The GAS DENIM CLUB is a program currently available to members residing in one of the countries where the “gasjeans.com” online store operates. These countries are: 

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Australia, Bahrain, China, Hong Kong SAR China, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Macau SAR China, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Venezuela, Africa, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia.

Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A. reserves the right to modify the list of countries where this offer is valid.

3. WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROGRAM?

3.1 Membership in the GAS DENIM CLUB refers to a personalized membership program, including a loyalty program that entitles you to certain benefits, exclusive promotions, special offers, newsletters, and marketing communications (if you have opted in to receive them), as well as recommendations and invitations to club events and activities. Members will be informed of these scheduled and/or ongoing benefits and promotions based on their registration and previous interactions with our online services. The scheduled and ongoing benefits and promotions, as described above, are also available at https://qhwuegbe.top/pages/gas-denim-club

3.2 As a member of the GAS DENIM CLUB, you can earn points for every purchase (excluding shipping costs or related fees) made on the online store at “gasjeans.com” and through interactions with Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A. These points will contribute to your membership status and allow you to reach Levels and access benefits. Earned points or benefits are personal; they cannot be transferred to another person or member and cannot be exchanged for cash. You can view your total point balance in your account on the website at any time.

3.3 Points earned on any purchase will be deducted from the total points balance if the item is returned; in the case of a partial return, only the points for the items actually returned will be deducted.

3.4 Depending on your GAS DENIM CLUB level, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

• Newsletter sign-up points: When you sign up for the GAS DENIM CLUB newsletter, you will automatically receive welcome points. Newsletter sign-up points will be awarded only once, at the time of your first sign-up;

• Birthday gift: By sharing your date of birth, you may receive a special gift on your birthday. The birthday gift will be awarded only once per calendar year;

• early access to sales or collections: depending on your Level and your interaction with the services of Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A., you may be eligible to receive invitations for early access to collections. Any further details regarding available early-access sales or collections will be communicated to you upon receipt of the invitation;

• personalized offers: depending on your Level and your interaction with the services of Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A., you may be entitled to receive personalized offers. Since these offers are personalized solely based on your membership, any further details will be communicated to you upon receipt of the offer;

• Access to contests and sweepstakes reserved for members: Depending on your Level and your interaction with Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A.’s services, you may be eligible to participate in contests or sweepstakes reserved for members. These will be subject to your acceptance of separate terms and conditions applicable to each event.

3.5 The benefits awarded to you based on your Level can be redeemed online at “gasjeans.com,” unless otherwise notified at the time the benefit is awarded.

3.6 We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add interactions through which you can earn, receive, redeem, or modify benefits or points with or without notice.

3.7 To take advantage of the membership benefits or points to which you are entitled based on your purchases or interactions, you must provide your email address online on the “gasjeans.com” website. If you are unable to receive the membership benefits to which you are entitled due to issues with the email address provided, you may contact our Customer Service at the contact details listed in Article 10 below, along with the necessary proof to obtain your membership points for the purchases or interactions made.

3.8 Members will be able to start earning points and receiving their membership benefits as of the date of registration with the GAS DENIM CLUB, and no prior transactions or interactions will be eligible to receive or earn points or membership benefits, unless otherwise communicated by Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A.

4. EXPIRATION OF POINTS AND BENEFITS

4.1 You will be notified of the expiration date of the benefits received as part of your GAS DENIM CLUB membership at the time you receive them.

4.2 The date on which you become a member of GAS DENIM CLUB will constitute the “Start Date” of each Membership Year. The “Membership Year” is the 12 (twelve)-month period following the Start Date of each year.

4.3 Your Level is based on the points earned during the current Membership Year. If you accumulate enough points to unlock the next Level, you will have access to the benefits corresponding to that Level. You will remain at a given Level until you accumulate enough points to unlock the next Level or until the end of the current Membership Year.

4.4 If you do not earn enough points during the Membership Year to qualify for the next Level, you will remain at your current Level and continue to enjoy the associated benefits for the remainder of the Membership Year.

4.5 You can find information about your Tier, your total point balance, and the benefits you have earned in your account on the website or at https://qhwuegbe.top/pages/gas-denim-club.

4.6 Points earned for purchases made and for any interaction with Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A. during the membership year will expire at the end of the current membership year.

5. USE OF MEMBERSHIP

5.1 Your membership is personalized and applies only to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, as well as for all activities conducted through them. GAS DENIM CLUB is for personal use only. You must not share your membership or any related login information, nor make it accessible to others in any way. You must promptly notify the Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A. team, using the Customer Service contact information provided in Article 10, of any unauthorized use of your membership or login information, or of any other security breach.

5.2 You agree not to:

• access, use, reproduce, modify, download, sell, transfer, publish, or otherwise make your subscription available for any commercial purpose;

• copy, modify, alter, duplicate, decompile, decode, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, know-how, or algorithms relevant to the subscription (or any component thereof),o qualsiasi software, documentazione o dato relativo all’iscrizione (o qualsiasi parte degli stessi);

• engage in any act or action that may harm, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the operation of GAS DENIM CLUB;

• abuse your membership or use it for unlawful or unauthorized purposes (including transmitting computer viruses through your account or using your account in a discriminatory, offensive, abusive, harmful, defamatory, or other manner that violates or infringes upon the rights of anyone else);

• transfer, sell, or trade (or attempt to transfer, sell, or trade) any prize or promotional offer exclusive to members.

6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

6.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service by email or phone using the contact information provided in Section 10, or via the online Customer Service contact form available on our website https://qhwuegbe.top/en/pages/contact-us.

6.2 If you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to access GAS DENIM CLUB, you will no longer be able to benefit from the services provided to GAS DENIM CLUB members, and you will lose all the membership benefits you have accumulated as a member. If you cancel your membership, you may choose to rejoin GAS DENIM CLUB by registering again at a later time; however, please note that any membership benefits or points previously earned will not carry over to your new membership, and you will no longer receive commercial communications or newsletters unless you re-subscribe to receive them.

7. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND CHANGES TO GAS DENIM CLUB

7.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may terminate your membership at any time if we determine that (a) you are ineligible under Section 1 above, (b) you have violated any of these Terms, any applicable product sales terms, or any applicable law or regulation, (c) you have engaged in any deception, forgery, or fraud, or have committed any other abuse against GAS DENIM CLUB or Gas Milano S.p.A., or (d) if we have a legal basis or a compelling legitimate interest to do so (e.g., if we decide not to continue with the membership program).

7.2 We reserve the right to revoke some or all membership benefits or points if we determine that you received such benefits due to an error, alleged fraud or deception, or in any unauthorized manner or in a manner deemed illegal or contrary to these Terms.

7.3 If we cancel your membership in accordance with Sections 7.1 and 7.2, you will lose all accumulated points and membership benefits.

7.4 We may make minor changes to these Terms from time to time (for example, there is a change in the law that requires us to modify these Terms, we add new rewards, we introduce new ways to earn membership benefits, we modify the features of GAS DENIM CLUB, we change the name of GAS DENIM CLUB or any of its services, rewards, or benefits, or we modify the technical environment). Please check these Terms regularly to ensure you understand the updated terms that apply to your membership.

7.5 In the event of any material changes to these Terms that would have a significant adverse impact on you, or if we decide to discontinue GAS DENIM CLUB, we will, to the extent permitted by and in accordance with applicable local laws, take appropriate steps to notify you of such changes in advance, such as by posting the revised version of these Terms on https://qhwuegbe.top/pages/gas-denim-club. If you sign up for GAS DENIM CLUB for the first time after such changes are published, the revised version of these Terms will apply to you immediately upon sign-up. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, by continuing to use your membership after such changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

7.6 During the notice period referred to in Section 7.5, you have the right to cancel your subscription by following the procedure described in Section 6.1.

8. DATA PROTECTION

8.1 All personal data you provide and that is collected through your membership in GAS DENIM CLUB, during your online interactions with us, and, if applicable, through third parties, will be used and shared for the purposes set forth in our privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://qhwuegbe.top/policies/privacy-policy

8.2 Gas Milano 1984 S.p.A. is the data controller for the personal data of GAS DENIM CLUB members in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

10.1 Gas Jeans reserves the right to revoke benefits and promotions at any time. If permitted by applicable law, we may revoke current benefits and promotions only for justified or commercial reasons, in which case we will notify you by email to the extent and as soon as practicable. Membership in the GAS DENIM CLUB is never exchangeable for cash and does not entitle you to any cash payment.

10.2 Each provision of these Terms operates separately. If a court or competent authority determines that any of these provisions is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and in effect, and the illegal or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a new, valid, and enforceable provision.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1 To the extent that mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence or domicile do not take precedence, these Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

11.2 Notwithstanding the jurisdiction provision above, if local consumer laws grant you the right to bring a private action in your jurisdiction, you may also bring any disputes arising from these Terms before the competent court in your country of residence or habitual domicile.

11.3 For EU consumers only, you also have the option of submitting your dispute to one of the certified independent alternative dispute resolution bodies, which also operate online.
