Members can earn points by making an online purchase or by completing their profile information in their account. For every euro spent, you earn 1 point. Remember to log in to your account every time you make an online purchase to take advantage of your membership benefits.

The validity of points earned through purchases is determined by the start and end dates of your membership year. Your membership year corresponds to the 12 months following the date you first signed up to become a member; you can check this information in your account. At the end of each 12-month period, points earned through purchases will expire.

Discount codes received through the loyalty program are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. You can check the expiration dates of your benefits and rewards by logging into your account.

You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer service. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to the benefits and rewards available in your account at the time of cancellation. If you were eligible to receive a reward or discount code but delete your account without claiming them, you will no longer be able to claim them at a later date.

If you return an item, the points earned from your purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you return only some of the items, only the points corresponding to the items you returned will be deducted from your balance.

Rewards and coupons cannot be combined with other current promotions and are valid on full-price items.
